The Park Ridge Police Photo Unit is responsible for maintaining a database of all photos taken by the department.  Officers are responsible for photographing such incidents as burglaries, malicious mischief, property damage, etc., as well as mug shots taken for an arrest.  The photo unit will then transfer the pictures to a secure file on the department computer.  The unit also maintains all the photo equipment and supplies, consisting of the department cameras and computer/photo printers.
